SUNNYVALE, CA (MAR. 4, 2024) — Intrinsyx Bio, a biotech company that promotes sustainable agriculture through the use of naturally occurring endophytes, announced today that Dylan Thomas has joined the company as global head of regulatory affairs. He is responsible for managing the complex regulatory requirements associated with bringing new products to market and ensuring ongoing compliance with a myriad of international regulations.

“As we continue to grow our product portfolio globally, it’s important to have someone with Dylan’s knowledge and expertise to help us successfully navigate the regulatory landscape and to ensure full compliance,” said CEO Greg Thompson. “Dylan will bring structure and rigor to our regulatory efforts as we introduce new products into the global marketplace.”

Thomas’ background combines agriculture experience with nutrient use efficiency products and expertise leading regulatory affairs efforts in the United States and globally. Most recently, he served as director of global regulatory affairs for Verdesian Life Sciences where he managed a global portfolio of more than 3,000 regulations.

“This role is a perfect fit for my background and where the industry is moving,” Thomas said. “I’m excited about working with Intrinsyx Bio’s collection of innovative and sustainable microbes and helping develop strategies to commercialize them quickly.”

Thomas has a master’s degree in chemistry from Colorado School of Mines and a bachelor’s degree in chemistry from Northern Arizona University.
